Former Barcelona Players’ Night – Set Up Your Fantasy Team

There are three group matches in Friday’s World Cup program with previous World Cup final’s rematch, Spain v the Netherlands, dominating the night. But let’s see the other two ties from TheFantasyFootball”s point of view. Here is who you should pick for your fantasy team.

Our goalkeeper pick is Claudio Bravo. The experienced Chilian shot stopper has 80 caps for his name, the most in the national team’s World Cup squad.

Who else could be the number 1 defender pick if not Rafael Marquez. The former Barcelona player has 120 caps for Mexico and is a wonderful servant for the national team. He spent 7 years at the Catalan giant before going to New York Red Bulls.

We recommend one midfielder and he is a Barcelona player: Alexis Sanchez. The 25-year-old winger had his best season of his career in 2013-2014 as he ended with 21 goals total. In the national team he has 66 caps and scored 22 goals so he’ definitely worth watching tonight.

We suggest 3 strikers for tonight. First of all, there is Samuel Eto’o. The former Barcelona forward has 117 caps and 56 goals for Cameroon and seeks to break Roger Milla’s record. The Chelsea player spent 5 years at the Catalan giant and scored 108 La Liga goals in 145 matches. Old but gold!

The second striker is also an experienced player: Tim Cahill. The 34-year-old attacker spent 14 years in England and scored more than 100 goals. He has 69 caps for Australia and he scored 32 goals. You can always trust him.

And the final pick is a Manchester United player: Javier Hernandez. The Red Devils forward didn’t have the best season of his career this year but in the Mexican national team he always performs a little magic. Maybe he willalso do so against Cameroon.

Don’t forget to set up your team before tonight’s matches! You can do it now here:
