Best players in Fantasy Premier League Round 14:

Brad Guzan (Aston Villa, goalkeeper). The experienced goalkeeper played his match of the season against Leicester (2–1). He made 3 saves including 1 diving save, he had 1 keeper sweeper and 22 accurate passes (out of 26 attempts). Despite his error, which led to a goal, he collected 35 fantasy points, the most among Premier League goalkeepers.

Ciaran Clark (Aston Villa, defender). Another Aston Villa player who made it to the best players of Premier League. The home-grown defender of the Birmingham-based side gave a remarkable performance against Leicester: he scored a goal, almost all of his passes were successful (45/43), he won 6 duels and made 2 interceptions. Fantasy points: 39.

John Terry (Chelsea, defender). Despite Chelsea’s loss against Newcastle United, the English international centre-back gave his best performance this season. Terry against Newcastle: 74/68 successful passes, 10/9 duels won, 2 successful tackles. Fantasy points: 39.

Santiago Cazorla (Arsenal, midfielder). Another player from a losing team (Stoke 3–2 Arsenal) who gave a fantastic performance. The Spaniard of the Gunners scored a goal from 4 shots, his passing accuracy was 70/63, he won almost all of his duels (11/9) and he made 5 successful dribbles out of 5 attempts. Fantasy points: 47.

Robin Van Persie was rested for Manchester United's midweek win over Real Sociedad

Robin van Persie (Manchester United, striker). The dutch forward scored a brace against Southampton and fired the Red Devils to the third place. 2 goals from 3 shots is not bad actually. Van Persie’s passing rate was also good against the Saints (33/29), he won 14 duels and made 4 successful dribbles out of 4 attempts. Fantasy points: 49.

Andy Carroll (West Ham United, striker). Surprise of Round 14? Maybe. The former Liverpool forward scored a brace and provided an assist against Swansea (3–1) to be the man of the match. He had 20 successful passes, which is not so much, but his 14 won duels are great. Fantasy points: 38.
